Okay. My plan was that Rubi's in on the verge of dying, when mentioned there was someone with yuuko's power that could save her. He journeys to FWR, who he gives the wish of another life for Rubi. The fact their relationshilp is non-existent is the price and he's the only one that remembers what happened.
Because Rubi never entered X she never met Lillian, or anyone else, and thus Hokuto wouldn't meet Subaru, again. Fuma wouldn't be who is he is currently.

I didn't set it specifically because I didn't know if the idea was good. But I can tell you I planned, since were on the subject of possible spoilers, that Rubi in the alternate choice is engaged to Seishiro. I thought why not?
