I know!! I couldn't believe either! this is so absurb, given the fact that poor Watanuki is just a replacement for Syaoran

Pooor Watanuki! He's just an artificial being CLamp is being so evil!. Anyway, it doesn't make any sense. IF Wata is really Syaoran's clone, then why doesn't he look a tiny bit like Syaoran? I mean in physical appearance? Is this some kind of a joke Clamp is playing with us? Clamp you better explain all of this you hear me??? you hear me??

Chapitre 201
The truth within the ruins

Shaoran trapped by countless strings. (T/N: Is this a cover description?)

Color cover: the set of the four, a bit youngish.

Shaoran wishes from the bottom of his heart to rewind time in order to save Sakura. That offense and the price were far too heavy. A boy appeared before Shaoran's eyes. Shaoran's wish was granted but for that the existence that would replace him as much as possible was born. (T/N: This might be a bit off.) Originally he was not "someone who should exist", that other Shaoran. That was Watanuki.

Fei Wang: That distortion shall bring pain to the parents who helped you. And also to that child himself.
Yuuko: No.
The future
has not yet been decided.

Same Side, Same Story
(These were actually posted two minutes before the ones above. No one confirmed them but no one denied them either.)

CC Sakura's magic square floats underneath Shaoran's feet. It is possible to rewind time but the offense is far too heavy. By rewinding time the princess may go down a different future. That also means that at the same time, because of that, the futures of all the people connected to the princess will change. Particulary, the future of those who knew about the princess' curse will change. And Shaoran must bear the greatest sin. Even with the rewind, he will not be by her side, will have his freedom taken away, his life exposed to danger and will be able to do nothing but watch. Even so, Shaoran chooses "one more time". (T/N: Meaning he chooses the rewind.) Soon Shaoran is rejuvenated to the way he was when he met the princess. And a boy appears in front of his eyes. He is the existence that was born when Shaoran rewound time, in order to fill up Shaoran's former position, the relationships he gave as payment. He is CC Sakura and Shaoran's son, not a brother but Shaoran himself. Fei Wang says that the existence of Watanuki, who was someone not originally supposed to exist, such distortion will bring pain to the parents who helped Shaoran and to Watanuki.

Actually, my assumption about Watanuki's parents isn't wrong. CCSakura & CCSyaoran were Watanuki's parents. So if Watanuki's parents are really dead, I seriously will never forgive Clamp!

So it's true! Watanuki really is Syaoran's substitute! Nuuuuuuuuuuu! . Oh yeah, I was surprisingly right that CCSyaoran really is Watanuki's father. Yayy . And about Watanuki's parents are dead, I hope Clamp didn't really kill them off. I'm gonna be awefully mad if they did!

But Yuko said that Watanuki was human! So she was lying!? And look at this: Yuko: no, the future still has not been decided. Is this turning out to be X or something?! I am annoyed with these spoilers, I am not going to belive that Wata-kun's a clone! It doesn't make sense in my book! And CCS Sakura and CCS Syaoran are dead then!? I was having a strange feeling that they were and I had a theory on what happened to CCS! Syaoran....

Does anyone remeber back in Nihon when "Syaoran" was fighting Seishrou to get the feather? Seishrou said that he knew "Syaoran"'s father that was CCS Syaoran because they look alike and had the same magical powers. That made me think that Seishrou fought with CCS Syaoran, so...did Seishrou killed CCS Syaoran?

WHAT??!! This spoilers have destroyed my mind. 2 of my all time fave characters are clones!!! Or substitute, whatever.

CLamp has just dig another hole into the whole plot. Well, I was postively sure that CCSyaoran and CCSakura were Wata's parents after all. But you know, Syaoran has never mentioned that his parents are dead, so maybe, Wata's real parents are somebody else. Clamp couldn't have killed off our beloved couples like that. So many questions that puzzles my mind at the moment. My brain cannot function anymore..

I'm gonna kill my pet tonight coz CLAMP is pretty evil...
did they kill CCSakura and CCSyaoran? T_T

What are they doing to all their mangas? T_T

And if we find out that Yuko's a clone or something I will have no choice but to never forgive CLAMP. The twists have been becoming ridicolus! I like twists yeah, but this is insane! How many twins and clones are we going to have running around? CLAMP, you better give us a good explanation to all of this!

I'm glad that CLAMP finally decided to give us some answers about the whole Syaoran and Watanuki connection. Literally, I was rendered speechless when I read these spoilers and was pretty surprised to the plot which Clamp has been installing for us. It’s amusing how I thought Watanuki’s personality is so much that of a like CCSyaoran as I was never expected that he could turn out to be just a replacement for Syaoran’s sakes wish. Even though we have come to the conclusion about the whole connection between Syaoran and Watanuki, there are still questions about to why Watanuki’s supposed to exist for Syaoran’s sakes. Does this mean, if Syaoran could never return home, Wata will be his replacement as CCSyaoran and CCSakura’s child? What is the use and purpose of this replacement?
Come to think of it, Watanuki was essentially created around that age for replace Chib-Syaoran’s existence. Does that mean CCSakura and CCSyaoran died before Watanuki’s was born? What keen to surprise me the most that Syaoran constantly mention about his parents all the time and never mention about his death. It could be likely that he doesn’t realize the fact that his parents are dead and still believe that his parents are alive in his world...

wOW.. You have quite a few good points there Ayashi I think Wata's existence is to keep Syaoran's soul alive in his world. Even though Wata's doesn't look nothing like Syaoran, I think his soul is basically the same since he was created from Syaoran, and remember in chapter 177, Syaoran said to Watanuki that "You and I are closer than anyone else"? So, practically, to keep his soul alive in his world, Syaoran pay his price to Yuuko so she could rewinding his time and create another soul of him.

Yeah, that has came across my mind as well. But it doesn't say it clearly whether CCSakura and CCSyaoran died before Watanuki was created. It is obvious that Watanuki couldn't recall about the incident and couldn't remember his parent's faces. You know, I'm now starting to think maybe CCSakura and CCSyaoran aren't real parents after all. :piggy:

The thing that I m really confused about is why Yuuko said Watanuki was human if he was a replacement? My theory is actually starting ti get osme proper back up and it scares me. Is it possible that Watanuki might be a proper human or something and something happened so that he wouold recieve Syaorans soul or something?

Or maybe Yuko just lied to him so he woulden't worry about anything.

It might hopefully, be a mix up. Maybe Watanuki is someone from another world tio make up for the imbalance of power and the reason that it says "substitute" is because he has the same amount of power as R!Syaoran and he was brought into our world from another to make up for the loss of power.

You are right! I won't forgive CLAMP if they killed CCS!Syaoran and CCS!Sakura, but aybe they mean something else, I prefer not jumping into conclusions.
