You know what really sucks about CLAMP?

After reading a few CLAMP works, its impossible to read/see/play anything now without my slash goggles turned permanently on. :/

I don't understand what do you mean by read/see/play anything now without my slash goggles From what I think, Clamp are indeed, famous for their plots/twists and all that, still they can make us suffer a hundred times by killing off or messing up with our beloved characters and that's truly one thing pissed me off a lot

From the interview which was published in Da Vinci this month, it says that "Regarding "BL (Boy's Love)" like themes in their stories, they really don't think of it as such (say Kamui and Seishirou), but rather HB (hard-boiled) where men develop a greater trust that's greater than love."

For me, what is most incredible would be : "They love fantasy more than romance manga. Actually a lot of members show a sort of dislike to romance, not understanding how authors spread a whole series over this theme."
Yep...even CCS|SxS, *supposedly* the absolute most romantic couple of Clamp who exceptionally got a good ending, didn't get more then a hug in the last page of the final manga ^^;;
As for kissing, as far as I remember we got one kissing scene in Chobits and one another in a sequel story of Wish that was published inside the artbook (and it was hidden).
Ya...it's not that they don't do romance, I don't care about it too much since I wouldn't like Clamp's mangas if there were your typical cheesy shoujo mangas, but still, to say that they DISLIKE it, it's a pretty intense word...

The other thing is the fact they go on killing spree, and I have a great quote about it:

"It's far more challenging as a writer to come up with scenarios where characters simply have to part ways or say goodbye to one another through other circumstances. Killing people is far too easy; far too often, character deaths are handled as a cheap emotional stunt used as little more than a crutch to fall back upon to make people think "anything can happen!"

Giving that stupid station the rights to CCS characters so the Tsubasa anime sucked worse than the english dub of Azumanga Daioh.
I know it's not all their fault but I still hate it.

The twists. . . the crazy, outrageous, ridiculous twists that they throw in randomly. . . a perfect example would be TRC.

That is very true. Their twists is very evil! >.<
