If Fai or my beloved clone die I will try to throttle CLAMP (But not before they've finished X). I get nightmares that CLAMP would kill C!Syaoran (Syao) and My beloved Subby in the same chapter. I would spend hourts and hours and hours crying.

If Fai-san dies Kuro-pipi might go on an insane killing spree, like he basically did after his parents died. T^T I don't see him as the type to sink into a depression about it, he'd just try and take it out on all the evils in the world. (I'm also a KuroFai shipper XD)
It wouldn't be fair on Fai either, he's not that long decided that he wants to live on for himself as well as others, and all of Kurogane's attempts to keep him alive such as becoming his prey will have all been in vain. I really, really hope everyone gets out alive and well but it just seems so clamp-ish to kill someone off. And I think it would either be Kurogane or Fai, but if Kurogane died Fai would die anyway if he didn't manage to get his eye back from C!Syaoran D'= So that's why I'm thinking Fai dying protecting them or something is a distinct possibility.
I think that the next chappie will be the turning point for C!Syaoran as well, with the whole whispering in R!Syaoran's ear.

I think Syao will die. I don't want him to turn out like Subby and be all alo0ne.... And I don't really think Fai or Kurogane would die. I hope they don't, but there is a small possibility....... But I'm NOT a KuroFai shipper. I only like KamuiSubby and SeiSub........
