Need New Super Moderators

Our Admin team are seeking for new super moderators/global moderators/senior members to join our team. If you are interested in any of these position, just pm me or email me at ivu_angel@hotmail.com or leave your message here.

Here are some requirements we need from you

* members must be regular vistit our forum
* have knowledge what moderation is
* able to work as team
* post regularly
* have high quantity posts- no spam/unrelated posts
* good behaviour

As a super moderator, you will be given the power of Moderation and the power to warn Members by the site Admin. The Admin will send the warning to the member and a copy of the warning to the Admin through the forums PM.

Reasons for a Warning:
Any post that is not allowed in this forum will be deleted, and that member
will receive a Warning. Other post with little errors will be edit, but
please try to have no errors in your posts.

I wish I could apply but I don't think I'll be good enough for the position as a moderator like Chibi-chan since I'm pretty clumsy and have no knowledge in moderations or whatsoever. Good luck to anyone who is interested in applying.

I am the webmaster on a site 3-4 times as active as this one, which is close to 40 000 posts in the last 5 months, and I like to boss Hatsu around. I know the admin/mod system that phpBB uses, and have skinned/recoded lots of things before, and am studying web design at uni atm.

Uploaded close to 150g of anime which I dont mind sharing. Let me know if you need someone. I cant look after the TRC side of things, but the general random chat side is fine.

Ooh! That sounds cool, I'm thinking of being a super moderator but I'm not so sure...I do post alot, go on here almost everyday, but I'm not too knowlegible on the moderator job, so I'll think about it.

If it lays in my abilities it will be a pleasure to help out. I think, I can say, that I have good behaviour, I am in this forum regularly but I do not post very much since I'm not the one who repeats things which have been said already, so my number of posts is not high. I like working in teams, since I have to do it in my job. I work at the costumer's services of Metro C&C GmbH; it's a job where a huge amount of social competence is needed. As the "money-holder" of the senior's communitiy in my school I have to organize a lot between the people.

I do not have experiences for moderation. But there is always a point, where you have to start, so I'd be really delighted if I had been given the chance to gain those qualifications (this sentence sounds weird...please tell me, if it is wrong). I like to have responsability for a community because it is a good feeling to be useful for others.

So please think about it. Thanks for taking the time^^

Okay, I've decided! I would, if possible, would like to work with you guys. In school I've been working with groups and it feels like I'm the leader because no one else is working. So to improve on that I tell them what to do, how to do it, and tell them that they can't always relay on me because it's not my job to babysit them. I can also get into a very bad mood with them quickly and yell at them, but I'll try not to yell at you guys.

I can be strict when I'm in a very bad mood, or nice when I'm in a better mood. But I'm mostly in a good mood, so please don't think I'm always mean, I'm only in a bad mood when some one ticks me off. But If there's a spammer posting all these stupiud things in the fourm, that's when I yell at him/her!
