No. You NEVER delete an incomplete story. Ever. Seriously. I hate when people leave things incomplete and don't update for a while...but nevertheless I think one should always finish a fic, even if it takes a while.

Actually there's one incomplete fic that I know exactly what to write, the conflicts, the plot, everything, I just need to write it all down but I'm like bleh all the time...one of the reasons is school....
