The mysterious number *7* in Tsubasa

that's a great one,i didn't thought that there is so much 7 in trc. Number 7 in japanese is siti/nana [sichi/nana].
Maybe the person who fwr wants to revive has something realted to 7.maybe he was froze in time for 7 years then something happen.

Haha I always thought that 7 was supposedly a lucky number...not so much for TRC it seems XD

But, I hadn't realized it myself that there was so much o_o! I hope it'll all make sense in the end though @__@ in the mean time, good job for pointing that out so thoroughly! Well people, I think you're all pointing out the right things. As Yanir said, the number 7 is a kind of a lucky number in the Jewish culture, and CLAMP did use some Hebrew words and names in the past!
I heared that 7 is such a meaningful number because of the number 3 being a kind of lucky number as well (3+3+1). Same thing for 13.

SakuraClowHIme, good job for gathering this whole information and pointing it out. If to think abou it, I realized this as well and wondered abou it but didn't pay much attention to it eventually.
At the end of the day, I see as well some relation to X, it has to say something. Don't found much about 7 in other series...

Oh yes, I've notice some of those sevens in TRC and also in X with the seven seals and seven angels. I wonder if there's some conection with that and wonder if Butt Chin wants to revive some one from X or an alternate. I've been thinking about Butt Chin wanting to revive a person from X for quite some time and wonder if it's true. . . So good observation, this is making me curious if TRC asnd X have some what of aconnection with each other.

Well, Yuko and Butt Chin keep on talking about "that day that is about to come" or something and it reminds me of the final fight in X in which Kamui and Fuma have to fight and stuff. But I coul be wrong, but when ever people talk about "that day" they'retalking about the Judgement Day, final day for earth or something.

The number 7 is symbol for sth that is in total agreement with god's will. The symbols for the 7 Angels is the Menorah which has 7 arms; it is one of the most important jewish symbol, if I am not mistaken.

But why do the angels have this symbol? They want to destroy earth. Clamp showed that both groups are neithor good nor evil, just human. They all act for their means.. Is this symbol supposed to be a hint, that the destroyed humanity would be god's will?

Maybe acid tokyo is the consequence of the vitcory of the 7 angels?

I agree with Shaolan.. I don't think FWR is going to try to revive someone related to number 7... I think for CLAMP 7 is a special number, like in a lot of cultures and religions...

Well after all, CCS takes place during the year 1998. Same thing with X. Because once it hits 1999, that is the destined day for Kamui and Kamui to fight.

I have always noticed quite a significant mentioning of "7" in TRC ^^ Though I must applaud to you on noticing the 14 feather pieces on the wing too :D That's a very interesting info. with the whole "14 birthday day, Sakura will die".

Eh what? I really don't think X has anything to do with Tsubasa, I mean, the storyline and all that. Of course, we have Seishirou chasing after the vampire twins, Subaru and Kamui. Besides, we hardly get to see them in TRC, so I really don't get why the X ending would be somehow related to TRC? And lol, I think we're getting abit off topic here, since this topic is about the 7 number in TRC, not X. XD

Oops, sorry, sorry! Back to topic! *ahem* Okay, no more X then. . . back to the 7. Well, the 7 has alot f things to do with Sakura and Syaoran, oh and was it Sakura's 7th birthday when she got frozen in time? Or was it 6th?

And do you think 7 has anythingto do with Watanuki? I don't remeber any sevens unless I missed something or I forgot.
