what do you think'll happen after eriol dies? what happens to his guardians? what happens to Fujitaka? or Kaho?
What do you think'll happen now that sakura's dead? what'll happen to her Guardians? her Cards? To touya if something happens to yukito?
What was the point in having a new card mistress if clow knew she would die indirectly because of fei wong (if he can plan for watanuki he should be able to see the events leading up to it... or just visit the future like he's done in the past (confused?))

I think CCS's world would be doom if the cardmistress is no longer exists. Yukito would probably be dissapear and Kero will be pull back into the book. I'm not so sure what ya mean what's a point of having a new card mistress? I don't believe Sakura is dead! well. she could be still alive you know. If Clow knew that she would die indirectly bc of Butt Chin plan, it would be too cruel and selfish of Clow for letting FWR take advantage of that. Still, it's confused and depressed me a lot and I do not exactly know why Clamp likes to mess up with every single one of their characters, especially declaring CCS|Sakura and Syaora are now dead and twisting all around the possiblility that they could be alive by simply saying "they will meet up with Watanuki'"

what I really want to know is what the **** eriol is up to in all this, I mean he's bound to know all about fei wong, just as clow did. or did "syaoran"s wish to turn back time remove the reincarnations (eriol/fujitaka and the guardians nakuru/suppi) from existance?

But Eriol had never mentioned a single word about Fei Wang Reed. I guess, that's mean he doesn't know anything about feiw wang reed. If he knew something bad is going to happen to Sakura and Li, and he would have protect them wouldn't he?

then I wonder why clow wouldn't want another powerful magician helping out the gang... perhaps because of a wish to yuuko that prevents him from interfering... or maybe the reason yuuko can't go beyond equivolent exchange is because of curse put on her by fei wOng

Well, as far as we know (=as far as Clamp want us to know) there should be no problem with anyone from the CCS gang. I see no reason why Eriol/Fujitaka/Touya etc... lives should be endangered since the world they are in doesn't seem to have any problems: as of now, only SxS are *very* strongly implicated in the TRc/Holic events we've seen lately and, while saying they are long dead, as chibi-chan said above, Clamp still gave us a glimmer of hope with the whole 'meeting again with Watanuki' thingy...

Personally, more then anything CLamp could have hinted or told, I simply find it weird that CCS|SxS, while knowing what would be happening for years before it actually befell on them, they couldn't find a way to protect themselves? Was it inevitable?
SxS always gave me the very strong feeling that they would really do their very best till the very end, and while it wouldn't surprise me at all they could have put their lives on the line for the sake of their children, I still can't believe that they think the ones left behind (their children) could ever be happy in the future, if that future is built on their cherished parents bloody sacrifice....

So!
For now, I will just watch and wait for SxS move in this whole story, hoping Clamp won't left us hanging and show us their side of the story ^^

we have to just keep reading, and crossing our fingers, :). i'm sure they're working something out - i don't really think they had already thought everything through by the time they started tsubasa.

they have to make sure holic and trc fit with ccs canon. fans can be sometimes unmerciful to plotholes, XD.

as to the others, i've ranted about them often enough on my journal, XDD
