I got quite excited when I logged on this morning. My boyfriend thought I was going crazy probably, since I was talking so fast. LOL! I almost glomped him since I was so happy. LOL!

Yay! I will have to start working on it now! Yay!

It was awesome *starry eyes* And my mum was all confused when I told her I tied for second place in a writing contest on a forum that I frequent. She was like "Wha-? Contest? Forum? What's that? Are there BOYS on there? *gasp*" xD I still don't know if I'm allowed to give away my address or anything of that sort, so I'll have to check in with her about that. But it was great, I was happy in school all day today ^_^

Your mom's reaction was pretty funny. I wonder how my mom will react when I tell her the next time I see her. Lol!

Yea, I was pretty surprised myself that I could get all of that for just thirty dollars. I love Death Note. I've been so wanting to buy the manga for the last year, but I have never gotten around to it. I figured that today was a good chance to start my collection. LOL!

Actually, Smile_For_Me-san, I think my mum would be happy to know that you aren't a stalker or anything, even though she knows I inherited her paranoia of crazy stalker peoples and wouldn't dare join anything I wasn't sure of o.o Maybe I could be naive, but I don't think people like that would choose a forum like this one, and plus, everyone I've talked to seems safe and cool and not creepy XD But yeah, my mum said that she would check out the site before letting me get anything. Although I've already chosen what I want to get :D;;;

Oh, all of my friends love Death Note, I really do think I need to start reading that >.< If I'm allowed to, I'll be getting TRC with the $30. And lots of it xD

Oh yeah, Smile_For_Me-san, am I allowed to get the TRC Vol. 21? Right now, it isn't in stock and can only be preordered, but its release date is on 4/28 and that's only a few days away and it's one of my favorite volumes so I was wondering if I could choose that ^__^ Thanks for your help~!

LOL xD That's so funny how all of us want it :P But it is an awesome volume~ Okiedoke then, I'll just tell my mum when I come home today after school and after we shop for shoes to check out this place. I'm pretty sure she won't refuse $30 worth of free stuff, especially when I would probably just buy it myself with her money if she doesn't allow me XD

And as for the next contest, do you know roughly when the deadline is? I'll be on a vacation halfway around the world from mid-July to September, so I just want to know whether I can work on the story over there or not ^_^

Oh, I was wondering when the deadline is too since I'm probably going to be going up north for a week or so sometime this summer. I'm not sure when we're going though...

Same, I'm going to be gone in late June to early July (dunno the exact dates but it's around there) for a trip as well.

I just need to know how much the next contest is going to be clashing with school work, so I'd also like to know the deadline

Well I want this one to be rather easy to make, so no real rush to it. Just write it in your free time, I will put a due date on it.

With a little more time, you have more freedom to do school and enjoy life. Also, gives you more time to work with your story, giving more life and character in it.

And also, your story can be a new one, or one that you have already started. Then again, its all up to you all on how you want to write them.

I hope more people will join the contest. I think it will be rather fun.
