Horitsuba Gakuen

As I made my way toward the dorms, I bumped into Fai-sensei yet again. 'How come he is the only person besides Yuki-chan and Shika-chan that I seem to run into?' I asked myself. "Uhh...Konnichi wa Fai-sensei." was all I could manage to say.

"Konnichi wa Saiku-chan" Fai greeted "are you enjoying Horitsuba?"


(Halls)

"Gym wing, hallway a, room 382" I listed the directions to the archery club. I found the room. As soon as I entered i had to duck from an arrow. "I guess I'm in the right place."

"Yes I am. I'm on my scheduled break right. I don't have another class until 2pm. That is in...3 hours believe." I said polietly.

"that's good" Fai replied "Have you seen Kuro-sensei anywhere?"

(Room)
"Hi" I greeted "Is this archery by any chance?"

"Yes it is." a lady greeted "I'm am Kikyo, your sensei."

I came to a teacher with purple hair. "Umm, do you know where the gym is?"
"As a matter of fact I do, I'm Youroichi the girls gym instructor. Today is battle of the sexes." She handed me a gym uniform. "Go to the locker room and get change okay~."

I bowed "It's nice to meet you Kikyo-sensei."

"Sit where you would like" she told me.

I shrugged and chose a random spot. It was next to this guy with this stoic look on his face.

"No I haven't sensei." I said. Feeling slightly nervous, some of my stripes started to appear.

Kikyo-sensei wanted us to show what skill we had in archery. I had learned in the compound how to do archery. It was fun. When I went up I got a 8 out of 10. No one got 9/10. But 2 did get a perfect score. One was this guys with glasses named Yukito and the other was the guy with a stoic look, Doumeki. This would be fun to work with some 'rivals'.

I went in to the place she pointed and whispered to myself "Locker room..."
I found an empty corner and quickly changed clothes. "How ..." I searched for a word to discribe this but I didn't find on.
"Alright girls it's time for some girls versus boys dodge ball! Now Get out there and show them what you've got!" Youroichi called and I followed all the girls out. What was this dodgeball thing she said? Oh well.
"Captin for the boys' team is Byakuya Kuchiki, Co Captin Ichigo Kurosagi." Kisuke announced.
"Captin for the girls team Rukya Kuchiki, Co Captin Shikatsu Kisaru."
"huh?!" I didn't even know what the heck what was going on!
A whistle blew. "Let's begin!" Called Hayate the referee,and so it did.

We were practicing shooting arrows when someone misfired. I had to dive to the ground to avoid getting hit. My face slammed to the ground. "Itai..."

I started walk toward the dorm when I felt Fai-sensei's hand on my shoulder. "Ehh....?" I turned back around toward Fai-sensei.

"Have you thought of any clubs to join?" Fai asked. "I saw Kiruyuki-chan going to archery. Of course I'm in charge of science club if you were intereested."

"Well...not really...because...well...I...uhh...can really control...my transformation...yet..." I said blushing.

"Is that the only thing?" he asked. "I have something to help with that" He held up a pendant. It was on a silver chain with a clear crystal. "This will keep your transformations in check as long as you keep it on." Fai placed it in her hand. "You keep it."

Surprised I said, "Thank you so much sensei. I've never met so many nice people in any of my travels." As I put it on I saw my stripes fade. "Perhaps...I'll join your science club. Goodness knows I need help with that subject."

Everyone rushed to the center to grab a ball before the other team I still didn't understand so I just stood were I was confused as balls went flying everywhere. I didn't even know what being Captin or Co Captin was.
I glanced across the lines a player on the other team with red hair glanced my way then called "Timeout."
"Timeout....? " I questioned "Is it possible for time to run out? Or is it just his time is up I guess death is normal here for people here that they can just call it out. Humans really do have a short life don't they." I thought to myself.

"Great!" Fai cheered "It's not today but I can help you with science."

"Really!? That would be great. Thank you again Fai-sensei for the pendant." I looked at my wristwatch. "I have to go. I have to wash up. I think Yuki-chan's klutzyness is rubbing off on me." I said as I showed him my back which was covered in mud. "See ya later sensei!" I yelled as I ran off.

I came back to the dorm. I felt like a nap and ignored anyone there, I was too tired to deal with it.

I finally got cleaned up and started to head out when I realized that I left the pendant back in my dorm. 'Jeez...it figures. I'm not use to wearing things like that.' I thought as I was running back to my dorm to get it.

"Hiruyuki-san" someone was shaking me.

"I wanna sleep" I whined before covering my head with a pillow.

"Hiruyuki-san...."

When I finally got my pendant, I was rushing to get to my history class. "I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!! I'M GOING TO BE LATE." I said as I rushed across campus. 'I guess I could...no I shouldn't...I'm trying to control it...not unleash it for a selfish reason.' I thought to myself.

Youroichi-sensei explained everything to me during the "timeout." The game was soon over after that.
"Wow you took them on almost single handedly." Rukia said.
"Huh....?" I wandered.
"Yea thanks to you we beat the guys almost zero to nothing good thing Renji called that timeout so you could get an explaination." another girl agreed. "Where is your home land with moves like that you had to be born an athlete, you didnt even break of sweat."
I frowned hard "No I wasn't .. I hmmm...?"
"What is it?" Rukia asked.
"Nothing it's nothing." I said then dressed quickly and ran back to my dorm, at least I hoped I was going the right way.

The person that kept messing with me obviously wouldn't give up. I got up "What?"

"hiruyuki-san." Subaru said. "Your piano class starts in 5 minutes."

"My what?" The words pocessed. "Oh no!" I jumped up "Crap!!!! This day's going wrong!!!!"

"Hiruyuki-san you should calm down." Subaru told me.

"I wil when this day's over!" I raced out the door with my shoes in hand. Kami what a day!

I finally reached my class and sat down when I realized that I was sitting next to the same guy that I had in math. "Uhh...hello again. I said polietly as I could.

"If I must talk then at least know my name. I'm Neji of the Hyuuga clan."
