Did you notice she's wearing the same clothing as the one in the tube and in the dream world? I tought we were going to find out the meaning of the first scene in the tube when they were at the dream world, but we didn't... I hope CLAMP explain this point now...

About my thoughts on this chapter:
I thought Syaoran looked in pain whenever he mentioned about his experience in the past or spoke about Sakura. It truly is painful for him to see Sakura engraved by that Seal and *cough* I must admit that I was literally screaming out when I saw the scene part when the carved seal of death in Sakura’s chest spread out.
I think Syaoran’s wish would have been precisely the same as Fei Wang’s wish. However there are a few slightly differ if you think about it logically. FWR is trying to resurrect someone while Syaoran is trying to save Sakura from dying and breaking the curse that inscribed on her body. Furthermore, the rewinding time in Clamp theory shows that the only way to change one's destiny and hitsuzen is to change your own so this is why Syaoran did not ask Yuuko for resurrection of Sakura instead he asked her to alter his own destiny by reversing the time line so that he would be able to save her from death.
I wholeheartlly agree! Poor Syaoran! I admire Syaoran for being able live with those burdening feelings. He gave up everything-his family and his world just to save Sakura from dying. The moment he met her, he has already dedicated his life to Sakura, and yet, it's just break my heart to see him going through the burden, the pain and responsibility for so many years.
Anyway, apart from this, I'm guessing Sakura's mother, Nadeshiko dies from this events. It's obvious that her presence is absent since the beginning of TRC and Fujitaka is no longer the King of Clow. So what happened after those events we witness? At the second last page of the chapter, Syaoran said " if he could go back in time and change the situation and FWR reply to Syaoran that he shall grant him his wishes" is it possible that FWR actually responsible for rewinding the time after he kipnapped/cloned Syaoran?

I’m not so sure how it comes into this mess, and now, we’re not even sure if Yuuko granted Syaoran a wish to go back to that time . I too, get so confused by time rewounds and the vague cryptic dialogue. It was back in ch188 that R!Syaoran said he had his time turned back. But the meaning to that isn't completely clear yet. The answer to all these questions is encompassing in the next chapter so stay tuned and see what happens next.

All I can say is that my head hurts from trying to figure this out....I get half of it but the whole rewinding time, Sakura being a clone, Clow being the king in the begining, my head's hurting me...CLAMP you better explain all of this soon or else my brain is really going to turn into mush.

Perhaps Clow Reed reverses Syaoran's and everyone elses time. I'm guessing Yuuko only granted Syaoran's wish by turning him back into a child but not the "time itself". I think Clow Reed is more directly involved with the whole time reverse cases because he was "there" in the beginning of the chapter.
