However, I was reading the chinese scanlation... I don't know if they are correct or not BUT the translation make much more sense than the english one And thought I would share it here ^___^

"通じて" (tsuujide) means "through", "via". Fay was, in fact, saying that he was talking to Syaoran through the other Syaoran. Maybe it's how he thinks or feels about the clone.

Goddamnit. Does CLAMP seriously hate Cloney that much? They're making it out that he was nothing but an empty shell and not a "real" person at all, which makes me emo.

Plus, since Cloney DID have his own heart, that kinda contradicts it all, and why the whole POINT of why his 'death' was so sad. I just hate how lately they're all "SEE! SEE! THIS IS THE SYAORAN YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO LIKE! ...Oh, ignore the other guy. He was a mistake. This Syaoran is the only one that we care about."

Well... I don't think Fai's meaning to that statement go that far as in just thinking the other Syaoran-kun as "nothing but an empty shell".
I believe what he meant is he was indeed responding to the other Syaoran-kun when he [as in C|Syaoran] was asking Fai that question, "To change the 'future' that has already accomplished, should that be allowed?"... However, since R|Syaoran was able to watch, listen and know everything through C|Syaoran's eyes. Fai is saying that "I believe you have heard my response to C|Syaoran's question through his eyes as well"

I am confused about what you mean on "the whole POINT of why his 'death' was so sad."?? When you said "his death", do you mean when the seal is broken during Acid Tokyo?? Technically speaking, cloney didn't die ^^;;; he only return to what he is suppose to be [FWR's puppet to gather the feather]!? for the "cloney DID have his own heart", it is still somewhat arguable back in Tokyo arc, whether he through all those 7 years has came to nurture his own heart [= even if the seal is broken, he can be/think for his own self but NOT controlled by FWR] or not!?

I don't know. Back in Nihon, Cloney cared for C! Sakura. But now, I don't know if FWR brainwashed him or such.
He didn't have a heart, he was sharing R! Syaoran's heart, but they were hoping that Cloney would develop a heart. So I don't get how it's still arguable...

One question, on the Splash page, was that the R! Syaoran or Cloney?

Yeah, that's what I meant. I wondered for a while if Cloney actually 'died' when the seal was broken, since Kamui slit his throat and he bled buckets and all. I had this theory for a while that when he 'died' that was how the seal was broken, because all that was left in him was his Clone programming.

It's probably not that way, but that's what I sometimes refer to it remembering my old theory.

I also meant that while it was R!Syaoran's heart, Cloney DID have one, that wasn't being 'controlled' by Tube!Syaoran. There was that weird "lol, I can move your arms!" thing that went on, but it never implied that he was being controlled--only that R!Syaoran was watching. I guess I meant more 'he had his own consciousness' rather than him being a walkie-talkie for R!Syaoran.

Well, I'm thinking about a different PoV after thinking about it for a while. Maybe Fay said that to both of the Syaorans that time...

Remember that he knew about Fujitaka-san being Syaoran's father in Clow koku and Syaoran haven't even mentioned his name and neither did "Syaoran"? He also knew that the cloned Syaoran was a fake and created thing with another person's heart residing inside of it. (See Kamui speech on Chapitre 120) Even if he didn't knew everything about "Syaoran's" past like he knows right now, I think he noticed that it was something he did to try to change the future. Or, even if he didn't - he thought it was suitable for this situation. Hence why he said that it was "via" the other Syaoran.

Talking about "Syaoran's" past, I'm the only one who finds there's still something missing? How did he changed his clothes to one that had FWR's crest on it? Well, hope I'm just being a little worried.

True. They never actually show us that part how he got changed his clothes or maybe Clamp just simply put it that way, by saying " It's not that important, let's us get on with the plots already" maybe?

Gah, I was very happy with this chapter :D Not only because of the Kurogane and Fai interactions (but SQUEE they were adorable :3) but also because this last Syao-Syao battle has finally come to fruiton. I don't know what to think of those two, but I really do hope Cloney gets his heart back somehow D: It makes me sad thinking that he will never have a heart again ;_; ......But on the other hand, Fai looked surprisingly sexy with his vampire status fully turned on! :D Gah, his eye on page 14....

Thank you for sharing the Chinese translation. Since many of us have to rely on dubbers to communicate, sometimes the message doesn't come out properly. Normally, the messages are translated properly. Perhaps the Chinese is wrong.

I was also quite upset hearing that line from Fai. Perhaps Fai can justify allowing "Syaoran" to fight off his clone counter-part so easily by acting as though the clone was nothing more than just "Syaoran".

We know that this isn't the case, since "Syaoran" himself even explained to the Clone how what he felt for Sakura wasn't "Syaoran's" feelings, but his own.

I feel sort of saddened that Cloney still appears dormant. If he's got some kind of plan, he's sure hiding it very well.

However, because of the recent XxxHolic chapters, I find myself just relieved that CCS||Sakura/Syaoran are alive ... and that sort of overides my saddened feelings regarding Cloney.

I hope the battle goes well. X-D
