I'm curious about what you said here. I cannot seem to recall Yuuko has ever mentioned " the two were living peaceful together". The only statement I remember Yuuko said that she hasn't met CCSakura and Syaoran before. If she really did mention they were living peacfull with each other, this could possibly means, CCSakura and Syaoran are still alive.

Yes, in the third chapter of XXXHolic, Yuuko specifically mentions that she hasn't met "that cute young girl, and her boyfriend." Here's the link: http://www.onemanga.com/xxxHolic/3/05/

I see quite a few people on this board proclaiming : "Wow! That clears a few things up for me!" Sadly, I can't relate. I find this chapter only brings up MORE unanswered questions.

In regards to CCS!Syaoran and CCS!Sakura being dead, I can't see how this is avoided. Yuuko states herself that he led to his parents deaths.

However, CCS!Sakura, dead? Doesn't this mess up a lot of things in regards to Cardcaptor Sakura? Firstly, it means the Sakura cards swiftly lost their new master, and poor Kero and Yui dealt with another death early. CCS!Sakura was said to have stronger power than Clow Reed by the end of the series; I guess that wasn't true, eh?

Secondly, why was Clow Reed (who was dead already when Sakura 'inherited' the cards) the parent of the "Sakura" and Touya of Clow Kingdom? Unless CLAMPS going to pull out the "oh he was still alive in another time line because the time lines don't direct connect properly."

Mokona recently made a referance to Watanuki's father's cooking. Too bad we never really heard much for Syaoran's. But the way Mokona talks, it's as if he did indeed meet Syaoran, and even Yuuko speaks like this.

No, I don't think it's true that CCSakura was said to have the most stronger power than Clow R. If that was true, she couldn't have been killed, nor she could even have the power to cross to other dimension and doesn't need to pay her price or rely on Yuuko to grant her wishes for sending her son off to Clow Country.

Oh,that part was confused the most too. Clow Reed was supposed be dead in Holics world, why would he still be alive in another timeline? It doesn't make any sense to me. On the other hand, it also the same case for Sakura's mother Nadeshiko. Nadeshiko was dead in CCS world, but for some reasons, she has seen alive in R|Syaoran's timeline. And in Cloney/Clow Syaoran's timeline, she makes no appearance in any scenes and I assumed that, she might have been dead or something.Yuuko said that " those who knew about the seal curse will have their future change in the process of time reversing" and I guess it is kinda make sense in a way due to the fact that Nadeshiko knew about the seal curse but still, I'm still confused why was Clow Reed being the parents of Sakura and Touya and was he being put to place with the futures of all others who involved in the seal issue.

Yeah, I was humbly surprised when Mokona talked about Watanuki's father cooking and compared him with Clow Reed. It is likely that Mokonal might have known or seen CCSyaoran.

So, unless CLAMP is forgetting, Eriol himself (Clow's reincarnation) proclaimed that Sakura's power exceeds Clow Reed's himself. He said it not once, but twice!

So it's odd that Sakura and Syaoran were killed, especially with Sakura being stronger than Clow...unless she hadn't had the time to fully develop her powers...

Ah, I see. So that would be odd. Maybe it is a taboo or something? Maybe something happened in Clow so that Sakura couldn't use her magic or something?

Sakura trasfered half of eriols power to fujitaka... so after the clows magic was halfed is when sakura is stronger (I think)

(A) There's a different between being more powerful as in more raw power and having more experiences!!! Sakura may be more "powerful" than Clow Reed BUT that doesn't mean she has the ability to do HALF of the things of what Clow Reed are capable of doing. And you also need to remember that the ONLY reason how Sakura's power can exceed Clow Reed himself is BECAUSE Clow Reed through all those card transformation "allow" her to gain those power to herself. Pretty much... those powerful raw power are STUFFED into her instead of like Clow Reed who gain all those power through experiences, learning and interacting with OTHER powerful magicians [like Yuuko for example]!! Sakura may have all those power BUT does she REALLY know how to use it to her full capacity?? does she REALLY know what she are capable of doing with all those powers [other than using them through the cards]?? I think we could safely say NO unless there is "someone" whom she can learn those ability from!?

(B) There's ALSO a different between getting killed and whether it is a "sacrifice" they actually made!? The getting killed part, Syaoran and Sakura are both human afterall, they are not immortal!! They may be the most powerful magicians in the world, but if "some" critical events happen, they can still be overpowered by either "a group of people ganging up on them" or "they are being attack from the dark" or just some unexpected things!!
Or we can even looked at this as... maybe because they are trying to protect little Watanuki from dying... their sacrifice are as if a price they need to pay [well, not necessarily to anyone but just a consequence for saving their precious child]

So, in the end... nothing is impossible... is just that there are DEFINITELY MORE to CCS|SxS story than the mere simple explanation from 'holic of "your parents are killed in an accident trying to save you [Watanuki]"
