It's been 'a while' since I've posted here. Anyway, thank you so much for the chapter!. The plash page of Chibi Syaoran X FaiX Kurogan is utterly adorable XXXD. Little Syaoran’s sucking his thumb and holding Fai’s hands is just too cute!!

Surprisingly, Sakurad didn’t die at all at the scence when FWR putting the“Seal of Death” on her [ phew! *sweat drop*]. Furthermore, it is quite emotive and sad to hear Syaoran didn’t get as chance to see his parents once last time before he immediately dismissed back to Clow Country. Though, I could imagine how his parents would suffer all these years- not being able to see their child or knowing that their child is still existed.
Anyway, now, I’m starting to wonder about the “Seal of Death” the black wings which Sakura was inscribed to. What is the significance of these seal? Is it part of FWR cloning process? and why does FWR want Syaoran to see it? And what about the aspect- Syaoran’s connection with the whole Dream that has to end?

*sigh* hopefully, the next chapter will clarify to one of this question.

Hey, you raise some good questions there ;) . Perhaps the "Seal of Death" is some sort of power related to cross dimesion. And let's not forget about the white wings that flows behind Sakura's back when we saw in Chapter 1. As far as my prediction goes, the white wings symbolize memories and spirits and the black wings symbolize deaths. I believe that these wings maybe very important and significane to FWR and that the reason why he is so desprate to gathers all Sakura's feathers.

Aaaaah.... it's a relief to see the story is going on... but, truth to be told, I'm a bit disappointed that this chapter barely gave so little information for the up-coming events *shrugs*. I was hoping for some more information! *cries alone in a dark corner*

Anyway, the wings thing also disturbs me. Even more if you think that the ruins in the desert do have this same seal (now I ask myself: what relation is there between the ruins and FWR?) . As JCTsubasa pointed, the seal appears repeatedly in the first chapter, not only when Sakura's wings spread (the door-like floor that Syaoran is inspecting when Sakura visit him at the ruins).

Also, maybe the reason for FWR to Syaoran to see the seal is to lead him to the trap when he has the chance to clone him (like, to motivate him start this "quest" to save Sakura). Which also makes me think about Sakura being used as a bait *shrugs*.

You have a good point. . The ruins in the desert are one of the biggest mysteries in TRC. I wonder "was it actually there" when Syaoran arrived at his destination in Clow". Whatevever the power is in there, we do not know and it's quite obvious that the ruin symbol is precisely similar to the black seal and the white seal, but could these infamous ruins have a sigificance effect through Time and Dimension or something more than that?^^

I would even dare to ask one more thing: how comes that the seal (supposedly, a death seal) is also in the ruins' wall that tries to "swallow" Sakura and, when Syaoran rescue her, that seems to "trigger" everything? (the feather's flying away)

It disturbs me the fact that a death seal causes the spreading of the feathers... or at least makes me wonder what happened in that initial moment... *shrugs*

Also, the moments just after that situation and the conversation between FWR and Xin Huo (check page 54-55 of the chapter 1 to see what I am talking about) make me wonder the real purpouse of the seal... maybe it is a lie to lure Syaoran? Maybe the seal isn't really a seal of death?
*head starts spinning*

Okay, now I'm confused!! But I'm glad that people are actually thinking about the seal on the wall thing.
